Accounts Payable Senior Analyst Lisboa

Overview

The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst is a key resource in Cost Accounting Operations, integrating with teams, contributing to daily business
- out, and sharing knowledge across teams.

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order)
• Identify, complete and request missing information
• Analyse and communicate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
• Assist Management in the preparation of reporting documents
• Participate in meetings with management and/or customers when needed

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Management
• Experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
• SAP user experience as accounts payable with knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of VAT
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP system applications
• Fluency in English
