The Accounts Payable Specialist position is located in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon. We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. You’ll join a dynamic team; we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, connected through our values – curious, passionate and together!

Your Mission

• Check, enter, assign, release and post invoices and credit notes using workflows
• Create and check payment proposal and ensure payment run
• Support and assistance with the accounts payable workflow
• Enter and maintain vendor master data
• Process vendor reminders
• Correspondence with suppliers
• Clarification with internal and external departments
• Close cooperation with the purchasing department
• Support with value added tax reclaim

Your Story

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of experience in an AP focused role within a multinational environment
• General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts
• Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and use SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Process-oriented thinking
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Very good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking). Other languages are a plus (German, French, Swedish)
