Accounts Payable Specialist (M/F)

At Leerdam Crisal Glass we're looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist (M/F) to join our team.

About the job

• Processing invoices;
• Reconciling vendor statements (if needed);
• Ensuring timely and accurate process execution;
• Match invoices with purchase orders receipts;
• Assist with
  - end closing and reporting for accounts payable;
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationships;
• Support internal departments with AP-related questions or concerns;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Keen eye for detail;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Experience with ERP systems and/or Accounting Software (preference on Dynamics 365);
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications;
• English language fluency.
