Purpose of the job:Processing Accounts Payable (AP) activities in the Shared Service Centre (SSC)Tasks And Responsibilities- Handling of processes in accounts
- Receipt and audit of
- Enter, check and post invoices with and without purchase
- Support in the preparation of financial statements (month, quarter, year)- Execution of balance reconciliation, Accruals, etc. - Account
- Processing of Travel & Expenses (T&E)- Handling of consignment stock clearing process and invoice
- Participation in continuous improvement
- Handling external and internal queries via email /
- Provide support related to annual and interim
- Perform internal audit & regular controls
Leadership- Team
- Work effectively with people from all backgrounds, promoting inclusion and respect for
- Build Trust and Partnerships- Treat sensitive and/or confidential information appropriately
Knowledge- Desirable knowledge of IFRS- Knowledge of accounting standards in one of the following GAAPs: Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK or USAFunctional/Technical Skills- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Good knowledge of English and another European
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office- Strong Team Work
- Good analytical and Organisation
- Effective business writing and professional communication
- Ability to work in an international global work environment
Experience- 2+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting or
- Experience within a Shared Service Centre environment and transition
