Accounts Payable Specialist with English Porto

Job Overview

This role is for an Accounts Payable Specialist with English skills, based in Porto, Portugal, on a permanent contract with a 180-day probation period and a start date of 10/11/2025.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the daily processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting monthly closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics are a plus).
• Availability to work
  - site in Porto on a 24/7 schedule.

Package

• Base salary: 1300 € + meal allowance.
• Health insurance from day 1.
