We’re hiring: Accountants Payable Team Leader | Multinational Environment

Your daily responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for operational management of the team within accounts payable; 
• Perform day-to-day business incl. operational execution of accounts payable tasks and operational issue resolution;
• Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs of the respective accounts payable team;
• Conduct people management activities for accounts payable team;
• Support transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization;
• Identify process standardization and improvement potentials and support implementation process;

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Leadership experience and skills with performance orientation, good communication skills and assertiveness
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP FI is a strong plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team player with intercultural awareness
