Role Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in helping Biocol Labs achieve a predictable monthly revenue of €10M, leading our Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Compliance divisions.

This position requires a seasoned leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, capable of scaling operations in a
- paced, international environment while ensuring financial and operational excellence.

• Develop and execute operational and financial strategies that support Biocol's goal of achieving predictable €10M monthly revenue.

• Lead and oversee Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Compliance, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives.

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, providing insights to guide executive
  - making.

• Optimize operational efficiency across teams, implementing scalable processes and automation where possible.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring full compliance with international standards and regulations.

• Build and mentor
  - performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define strategic priorities and support
  - term growth initiatives.

• Act as a key partner to investors, auditors, and financial institutions, ensuring transparency and credibility in all reporting.

• Oversee logistics, supply chain planning, and procurement to guarantee timely product delivery and cost efficiency.

• Senior experience in Operations, Finance, or a combined COO/CFO capacity.

• Proven track record in scaling
  - growth startups or international organizations.

• Strong background in Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Risk Management.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Analytical and
  - driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

• Experience in consumer goods, health, or wellness sectors is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
