Accounts Payable Team Leader

Role Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in helping Biocol Labs achieve a predictable monthly revenue of €10M, leading our Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Compliance divisions.
This position requires a seasoned leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, capable of scaling operations in a
- paced, international environment while ensuring financial and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute operational and financial strategies that support Biocol's goal of achieving predictable €10M monthly revenue.
- Lead and oversee Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Compliance, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, providing insights to guide executive
- making. - Optimize operational efficiency across teams, implementing scalable processes and automation where possible.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring full compliance with international standards and regulations.
- Build and mentor
- performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define strategic priorities and support
- term growth initiatives. - Act as a key partner to investors, auditors, and financial institutions, ensuring transparency and credibility in all reporting.
- Oversee logistics, supply chain planning, and procurement to guarantee timely product delivery and cost efficiency.
- Senior experience in Operations, Finance, or a combined COO/CFO capacity.
- Proven track record in scaling
- growth startups or international organizations. - Strong background in Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical and
- driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution. - Experience in consumer goods, health, or wellness sectors is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
