Join our **Shared Service Center** and be part of a collaborative and dynamic finance team supporting multiple Thales entities **across Europe!****Your mission:*** **Process** and **validate** supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. * **Match** invoices to purchase orders and **coordinate** approvals in line with accounting procedures. * **Manage** payments, **resolve** invoice queries, and **maintain** accurate financial records. * **Collaborate** with colleagues across different countries and cultures to ensure **smooth operations**. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process. **What we’re looking for:*** **English proficiency (mandatory). *** Strong **communication** and teamwork skills. * **Organized**,
- oriented, and **comfortable with deadlines**. * Knowledge of **P2P processes** and experience in an international environment. * Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and financial IT systems.
