Invacare is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Invacare Financial Services team, based in Porto. This is your opportunity to be part of our growing SSC

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Applying and analyzing incoming payments (cash application);

Communicating with customers to
- up on past due accounts, dunning activities, assisting with inquiries and disputes

Executing collections based on aging reports;

Performing credit analyses and customer risk assessments;

Executing
- end closing activities;

Supporting process documentation and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives

Supporting the migration of processes into the SSC, monitoring compliance with its global policies and procedures and working with internal stakeholders

Qualifications (education, experience and skills):

• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent Accounting qualification;
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in Accounts Receivable;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
• Language skills: fluency in English (mandatory), knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
• High level of accountability and accuracy;
• Team player able to work in a multinational with different cultures.
