- growing global cannabis markets. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Accounts Receivable to ensure all financial transactions related to the company's accounts. What The Job Looks Like- Expense Management, data calculating and posting invoices on the financial
- Reconciling statements, acting as a point of contact for
- Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues, as well as collecting
- Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations
What You'll Bring To The Table- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant
- Proven experience in a similar role (at least 3 years)- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel- Experience in document
- Experience working with accounting systems ERP SAGE X3 (ideally)- Intimate knowledge of the Portuguese financial / tax system (Intrastat, IRS, VAT, RFAI)- Driver's license
