Adecco is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a Shared Services Centre, supporting international operations with a strong focus on the German market. You will work closely with multicultural teams and play an active role in ensuring financial accuracy and cash flow efficiency.

Your main responsibilities
- Process and accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts;
- Reconcile payments and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Manage collections activities, including customers paying via direct debit;
- Follow up on blocked invoices and support their release in the ERP system;
- Prepare and analyse Accounts Receivable reports;
- Review customer accounts and support AR controls and reviews.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred);
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles;
- Fluency in English or Portuguese and German language skills (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
