Adecco is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a Shared Services Centre, supporting international operations with a strong focus on the German market. You will work closely with multicultural teams and play an active role in ensuring financial accuracy and cash flow efficiency.

Your main responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts;
  
  
  
  

• Reconcile payments and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner;
  
  
  
  

• Manage collections activities, including customers paying via direct debit;
  
  
  
  

• Follow up on blocked invoices and support their release in the ERP system;
  
  
  
  

• Prepare and analyse Accounts Receivable reports;
  
  
  
  

• Review customer accounts and support AR controls and reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred);
  
  
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles;
  
  
  
  

• Fluency in English or Portuguese and German language skills (preferred);
  
  
  
  

• Goodknowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
  
  
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  
  
  
  

• Proactive,
  - solving mindset with a
  - do attitude;
  
  
  
  

• Goodcommunication skills and ability to work in a team;
  
  
  
  

• Strong organizational and
  - management skills.
