Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.

Job Description

Take responsibility for operational management of an up to 50 FTE team within Accounts Receivable
Manage the integration of new countries into the existing environment
Perform
-
- day business including operational execution of accounts receivable tasks and issue resolution
Ensure service quality and meet KPIs for the accounts receivable team
Manage people activities, including training new employees and reviewing processes
Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement
Collaborate with HQ and regional accounting teams
Ensure timely and accurate AR processes, meeting deadlines especially during closing periods
Drive financial process improvements and data accuracy in a matrix environment

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
7+ years of professional experience in Accounting, with deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable
Fluent in English and Spanish
Leadership skills with a
- oriented mindset, good communication, and assertiveness
Experience in international finance or working within a central SSC is advantageous
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and credibility
Motivated, committed, and enthusiastic team player with cultural sensitivity
