About The Job
The Business Revenue Account Manager or Accounts Receivable Officer's main mission is to guarantee and perform daily controls, monitor the billing activity and invoicing process across markets, while ensuring all necessary procedures are created within the deadline.
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform Business Revenue (BR) controls on a regular basis
- Ensure all controls are documented and signed, including all 4‑eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes, and inputs in PACT.
- Provide all documents and answers to ORC and OPC teams before their respective deadlines.
- Guarantee that the rate of findings in second‑level controls is less than 10 %.
- Ensure all necessary procedures are created, updated and input in PACT respecting the deadlines.
- Ensure all incidents are duly addressed
- Guarantee incidents are logged within the defined deadline after detection.
- Follow‑up incidents on time.
- Help prepare internal and external audit files and be available to answer all necessary queries.
- Have an active role in innovation processes
- Propose and create innovative processes with practical application to improve performance by reducing time, increasing efficiency and decreasing error rate.
- Contribute to the SWITCH project with WIN applications.
- Ensure deadlines are accomplished
- Follow‑up queries, set up creation and validation, invoice and report sending.
- Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in production.
- Act to decrease the number of customer claims.
- Manage the generic e‑mail box and phones
- Reply to e‑mails within the defined deadline, providing regular feedback on pending matters as necessary.
- Share knowledge with the other team members and help the team whenever necessary.
- Follow the Team Leader recommendations, referring all relevant matters.
- Support the Transformation team and ensure all documentation and files requested are delivered on time and accurately to improve the Business Revenue Transformation Program, and actively support and implement the TOM strategy.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Management, Finance or any related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Banking and Financial Operations, Accounting or Administration Services.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel.
- Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
