Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Your Impact

As a key member of our finance department, you will:

Lead the
-
- end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.

Drive strategic initiatives to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.

Analyze customer credit profiles and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and enhance client satisfaction.

Prepare and present AR performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

Support audits and compliance processes with accurate documentation and analysis.

Champion process improvements and automation projects to scale AR operations.

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.

Fluency in English is mandatory ; French or German is a strong asset and highly valued.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural team.
