We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, marking a significant milestone in Hyatt’s brand expansion in Southern Europe. Located in Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel comprises five buildings, including the historic Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). The hotel will feature 170 guestrooms and private suites across the surrounding buildings, providing an authentic Lisbon experience.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Receivable specialist to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Responsibilities

1. Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients and guests.
2. Payment Tracking: Monitor and record payments received, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
3. Credit Management: Assist in establishing customer credit according to hotel policies, including application processing, reference checks, and credit limit setting.
4. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure proper accounting of all payments.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
8. Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve billing issues.
9. Pre-Opening Tasks: Assist in setting up accounts receivable systems, train staff, and ensure readiness for hotel opening.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong organizational and
   - management skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working in a luxury hotel environment, especially during the
