We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon. Scheduled to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will be a new luxury lifestyle hotel in Portugal's capital, marking a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion in Southern Europe. Located in Lisbon’s vibrant Baixa district along Rua Augusta, the hotel will comprise five buildings, including the historic Banco Português de Investimento (BPI) offices. The property will feature 170 guestrooms and private suites across the main and satellite buildings, offering guests an authentic Lisbon experience.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Receivable specialist to join our
- opening team. This role involves establishing and managing financial processes essential for the hotel’s opening and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients and guests.
2. Payment Tracking: Monitor and record payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Credit Management: Assist in setting up customer credit policies, including application processes and credit limits.
4. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are correctly posted.
5. Follow-Up: Contact clients regarding outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
6. Reporting: Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
7. Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions.
8. Communication: Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
9. Pre-Opening Tasks: Assist in setting up receivable systems, train staff, and prepare for hotel opening.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and
  - management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
