The Role

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our Finance team in Porto. You’ll become on of the
- to people for managing client payments, keeping accounts accurate, and building professional relationships that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, keeping conversations professional and
  - focused.
• Process and reconcile payments accurately.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and support
  - end closing.
• Answer client queries related to invoices and balances.
• Enhance processes and systems to create higher levels of efficiency
• Recognise patterns to help identify potential future issues

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year in accounts receivable, collections, or a
  - related role.
• Education in accounting, finance, or business (a plus, not a must).
• Experience with accounting software (Sage, Quick
  Books, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
