- oriented, organized, and skilled at managing collections? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and accurate financial records. What You’ll Do
Collections Management- Manage the full collections process, following company procedures and escalation
- Contact clients via phone and email to secure payments on outstanding
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements when
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts based on risk and value
Accounts Receivable Administration- Process and post customer payments promptly and
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve
- Generate and distribute statements and aging
- Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and
- Support
- end closing activities related to accounts receivable
What We’re Looking For- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance
- Secondary education required;



accounting/finance qualification
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Quick
Books, or similar)- Strong Excel skills;



CRM experience isa
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical
