OVERVIEWAs an Accounts Receivable Specialist you are responsible for issuing invoices, applying payments, and liaising with Sales to ensure prompt payment while maintaining good customer relations and achieving company standards for results. DESCRIPTIONBilling and invoicing
Timely application of all client payments received
Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application
Answering and resolving sales billing inquires. Identify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both client and management to resolve
Assist with various reports
Special projects as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEGreat Plains experience

Knowledge of other languages
