We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Porto Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure contact with external customers to settle debts and reconcile current accounts;
  
  
  
  
• Analyseand allocate customer receipts;
  
  
  
  
• Provideclarifications related to customers' current accounts;
  
  
  
  
• Prepareand deliver reports on supplier responsibilities to internal customers and financial team;
  
  
  
  
• Controlthe automatic processes implemented (direct debit, reminders, and cash invoice boxes).

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related areas;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum2 years of experience in similar roles;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with SAP is highly valued;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - making skills;
  
  
  
  
• Proactive,
  - organized, and responsible;
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
