What you’ll do:
- Manage inquiries: Work on a
- based system linked with all key stakeholders. Handle ticket assignment,
- up, and completion for all EU markets. - Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by promptly addressing their concerns.
- Reporting: Monitor topic opening trends to prevent issue escalation and ensure smooth business flow.
- Month-end closing: Ensure accurate and complete revenue recognition as the guardian of revenue keeping.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable functions.
- Compliance: Maintain all financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years in accounts receivable, accounting, or related fields. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics FSCM is a plus.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Mindset: Proactive
- solver, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a
- paced environment. - Attitude: Positive, eager to learn and grow, collaborative team player.
