Excellent opportunity for highly motivated individual to assume the Manager Order-to-Cash role within the Finance organization. The organization offers opportunity to be part of a growing accounting department and develop global processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change. Job responsibilities subject to change based upon alignment of processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

Be an integral part of the finance Center of Excellence team in the Order-to-Cash area in for EMEA region.

Manage the fully outsourced or internal OTC (Order to Cash) organization for CCR and liaise with local FBPs and/or Controllers ensuring everything works smoothly within Credit Management, Billing (partially outsourced), Cash Application, Collections.

Propose new tools allowing to lower global costs year over year.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, :

• Manage and coordinate the Order-to-Cash processes delivered by internal teams and outsourcing providers
• Evaluate, select, and deploy continuous improvement projects to achieve
  -
  - class performance
• Lead the change management associated with the projects and ensure business continuity
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, including key metrics, trends and risks
• Assist with local statutory audits
• Partner with other CCR functions to support ongoing projects

Qualifications

• B. S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Master’s Degree a plus
• Experience in leading change projects within Order-to-Cash area and in cooperation with the outsourcing provider is required
• Candidate must be a high performer and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, project management and facilitation skills, as well as a passion for technology and the ability to interact and influence effectively across the business and with all levels of finance management
• Candidate must have strong analytical skills as well as communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Minimum of 7+ years of related experience working for a
  - paced organization
• Leading large Order-to-Cash teams is an advantage
