Mission
The Acquisition, Portfolio Management, and P&L Manager will report to the Head of Cards and play a leading role in a multidisciplinary team responsible for sales (new debit and credit card Personal and Business customers), portfolio management strategy, and customer engagement. The role involves promoting a multichannel strategy and a
- oriented approach to enable sustainable customer value and growth. Additionally, the manager will oversee planning and management control of the Cards portfolio, ensuring key initiatives to grow profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop portfolio management strategy, including designing, implementing, and tracking all growth initiatives for credit and debit cards, from credit line management to new pricing strategies, aiming to increase customer profitability, revenues, and experience. Drive sales through loyalty and usage actions.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns and manage the success funnel in collaboration with digital performance teams.
- Establish and ensure effectiveness of engagement goals for the commercial front line (branches and remote sales).
- Define priorities for customer engagement and establish customer lifetime value concepts to manage revenue growth.
- Contribute to defining product offerings for customer engagement, including

- line communication and targeted campaigns. - Collaborate with digital teams to evolve sales and customer experience.
- Manage retention programs and develop proactive and reactive strategies to retain and win back customers.
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analyses to identify profitable products and segments.
- Develop business tracking reports across channels to meet business targets.
Management of Cards P&L
- Analyze financial performance, including income and expenses for the card portfolio, marketing programs, and strategies, and prepare business cases.
- Prepare and consolidate medium and
- term plans and quarterly outlooks in coordination with other functions. - Report and present monthly accounting closings and performance of key value drivers to senior management, with variance analyses.
- Work with Financial Control to ensure timely and controlled delivery of
- end accounting activities for P&L and Balance Sheet.
Profile
- Degree in Engineering or Management.
- Previous experience in similar functions (+ years experience).
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
