Our Account Management Teams are crucial to Agicap’s growth and retention strategies. As an Account Manager focused on activation, you will support our customers' Finance teams and C-Suite in achieving their business objectives with Agicap. This role is a key part of our Customer Success function, alongside Implementation and Customer Success Tech.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Deep dive into Treasury and Corporate finance workflows to enhance our customers’ tool setup
- Become a product expert to maximize value and ROI for customers and facilitate internal knowledge transfer
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and advocate for them within the organization
- Collaborate with our Commercial Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
- Work closely with adjacent teams to ensure customers reach their business goals
What you need to succeed:
- 2-4 years of professional experience, in Finance/Treasury roles or
- facing roles, preferably in B2B Saa
S/Fin
Tech - Treasury/Corporate Finance knowledge from education or work experience
- Native English proficiency
- A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic,
- oriented environment, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive outlook - Excellent listening skills,
- centric approach, and empathy - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams (Sales, Customer Success, Tech, Product, etc. )
