Actuarial Analyst & People Manager - UK Pensions Market Lisboa

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Support team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a
  - performing team to achieve departmental goals.

• Produce reports.
• Collaborate with client and project teams.

What you need to have

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in related areas.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Proactive approach to work and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict, resolve issues, and make decisions under pressure.
• High level of comfort with English, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power
  Point.
