Actuarial Analyst & People Manager - UK Pensions Market
Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Support team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a

- Engage in data and risk analysis.
- Produce reports.
- Collaborate with client and project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects to the required high standards.
What you need to have
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in related areas.
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Proactive approach to work and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict, resolve issues, and make decisions under pressure.
- High level of comfort with English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power
Point.
