PSP offers services including Assurance Audit (focused on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your Mission

As a Senior Associate, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing several clients proactively, reporting to Managers and above;
• Training and leading staff;
• Building effective relationships directly with clients;
• Developing your technical skills and those of your team;
• Staying informed on local and national business and economic issues;
• Participating in business development activities to identify and research new and existing client opportunities;
• Enhancing internal relationships and your personal Pw
  C brand.

What You Will Do

• Assist clients with Solvency II setup and monitoring: diagnosis, quantitative research, and risk management;
• Analyze regulatory and accounting requirements (IFRS) applicable to the insurance sector;
• Participate in actuarial provisioning reviews;
• Support M&A teams with transactions related to insurance or pension engagements, complying with standards;
• Engage in projects involving company resettlement/creation (insurance, reinsurance, pension funds): feasibility analysis, restructuring, and portfolio transfer.

About You

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or quantitative finance;
• At least 2 years of actuarial experience is advantageous;
• Pragmatic, dynamic, rigorous, methodical, and precise;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and other languages is a plus;
• Curious and
  - minded about insurance activities;
