Ad-Ops Team Member - Gruvi. tv
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
About the Role: As an Ad-Ops Team member at Gruvi. tv, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our clients in the film industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop and implement effective digital strategies. In addition to managing existing client accounts, you may also support the sales team in new business pitches and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement.
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns reach the target audience, run smoothly, and meet client expectations; collaborate with teams for creatives, troubleshoot issues, manage ads delivery reports, and escalate to
- party vendors if needed. - Serve as an important point of contact for clients and support the account manager for client communications; own the
- up process, campaign management, and ads execution, while maintaining high standards and ensuring operational accuracy. - Provide consultation on campaign strategy based on client goals in partnership with account and sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Developers on new campaign strategy and product development.
- Conduct analysis and measurement of ad performance, providing insights on ads effects, target audience, media planning, and optimization recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Utilise campaigns to test effectiveness of strategy through A/B testing and provide support and learning to the Ad Operations Team.
- Document processes, campaign testing, and Ad Platform updates.
- Day-to-day duties include creation of campaigns and ads on relevant platforms, providing feedback on audience targeting, communicating with Account Management and Sales on campaign implementation, and implementing client feedback.
- Monitor and analyse live campaign activities, review KPIs to optimise advertising spend, and analyse campaign data to provide insights to the account management team.
- Assist in creating tailored media plans based on client goals and strategic objectives, including platform and audience considerations.
- Review creative assets to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and client branding to meet advertising objectives.
- Liaise with Gruvi design and technical teams on tracking, reports, or landing pages; contribute to written reports on testing for advertising platforms, creative, and campaign objectives.
- Create and maintain Looker Studio reports and research additional platforms and strategies to improve campaign implementation; inform Ad Operations of changes required to the Ad
Ops guides as platforms are set up.
Required Skills and Experience
- English speaking plus German or Polish as a second language.
- 1 year of experience in advertising operations or digital campaign management, ideally within a digital marketing or media agency.
- Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and
- related challenges. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
- functionally with internal teams and external partners. - Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project/time management platforms (e. g. , Asana, Notion, Clockify).
- Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (e. g. , Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik
Tok Ads) including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. - A passion for the film industry and digital marketing.
