Ad Ops

About the Role:
As an Ad-Ops Team member at , you will play a crucial role in managing and executing
digital marketing campaigns for our clients in the film industry. You will work closely with
clients to understand their business objectives and develop and implement effective digital
strategies. In addition to managing existing client accounts, you may also support the sales
team in new business pitches and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
● Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to
reporting and measurement.
● Monitor campaign delivery to make sure campaigns reach the target audience, run
smoothly, and meet client expectations; this includes collaborating with teams for
creatives, troubleshooting issues, managing ads delivery reports, and escalating to
third-party vendors if needed.
● Client-facing communications: Serve as an important point of contact for clients and
support the account manager for client communications; own the
- up process,
campaign management, and ads execution, while maintaining high standards and
ensuring operational accuracy.
● Strategic Ads planning: Provide consultation to account and sales teams on
campaign strategy based on client goals.
● Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with Salespeople, Account Managers, and
Developers, with new campaign strategy and product development.
● Measurement and Analytics: Responsible for conducting analysis and measurement
on ad performance through data, providing insights on ads effects, target audience,
media planning, and offering recommendations for optimization on client objectives.
● Testing and Case Studies: Utilise campaigns to test the effectiveness of campaign
strategy through A/B testing providing support and learning to the Ad Operations
Team
● Documentation of Processes, Campaign testing and Ad Platform updates
Day To Day duties
● Creation of Campaigns on relevant ad platforms as required by media plans
● Creation of ads on each platform as required by media plans
● Provide feedback on audience targeting included in media plans
● Communicate with Account Management and Sales Teams on campaign
implementation
● Implement client's feedback and requests in Gruvi digital media campaigns
● Monitor and analyse live campaign activities, review KPIs in order to optimise
advertising spend to meet campaign goals
● Analyse campaign data to provide the account management team with insights into
campaign performance
● Assist with the creation of tailored media plans based on the client goals and
strategic objectives of the campaign providing insight into platform and audience
choices
● Review creative assets to make sure they follow platform guidelines
● Review client's branding and creative assets to meet advertising objectives
● Liaise with Gruvi design team & technical team on any issues with tracking, reports
or landing pages
● Suggest and create written reports on testing to be conducted in relation to
advertising platforms, creative and campaign objectives
● Creation and maintenance of Looker Studio reports
● Research additional platforms and strategies to improve campaign implementation
● Inform Ad Operations of changes required to the Adops guides as platforms are set
up
Required Skills and Experience:
● English speaking + either German or Polish as a second language
● 1 year of experience in advertising operations, digital campaign management ideally
within a digital marketing or media agency environment.
● Strong operational and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex
workflows.
● A
- oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and
resolve technical and
- related challenges.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
cross-functionally and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external
partners.
● Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project/time
management platforms such as Asana, Notion, Clockify, etc.
● Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (e. g. , Meta Ads Manager, Google
Ads, Tik
Tok Ads), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
● A passion for the film industry and digital marketing.
