About the Role:

As an Ad-Ops Team member at Gruvi, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing

digital marketing campaigns for our clients in the film industry. You will work closely with

clients to understand their business objectives and develop and implement effective digital

strategies. In addition to managing existing client accounts, you may also support the sales

team in new business pitches and client meetings. That is why fluent German (C1) is very important.

Key Responsibilities:

● Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to

reporting and measurement.

● Monitor campaign delivery to make sure campaigns reach the target audience, run

smoothly, and meet client expectations;

this includes collaborating with teams for

creatives, troubleshooting issues, managing ads delivery reports, and escalating to

third-party vendors if needed.
