About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adaptive Business Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who combines technical proficiency with business acumen to drive financial planning and workforce analytics initiatives across our European operations
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis- Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated financial and workforce planning models using Workday Adaptive Planning- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic

Technical Implementation- Develop and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning systems, including upgrades and
- Manage integrations and API methods within the Adaptive Planning

Required Qualifications - Education & Experience- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related
- Minimum 4+ years of
- on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis
Technical Skills- Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Query- Familiarity with API methods, Postman, and database management (Azure SQL preferred)- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Service
Now, and Confluence
