We seek a highly organized and intelligent Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in Porto, Portugal. This hybrid role combines 2-3
- person work sessions per week in Porto with remote flexibility for the remainder of your hours. You'll handle a diverse range of responsibilities from customer support and marketing to local Portuguese administrative matters, making this an ideal position for someone who thrives in a varied, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide executive and personal support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with

- day administrative tasks. - Support marketing initiatives – Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and track engagement metrics.
- Handle customer communications – Respond to customer inquiries, manage support tickets, and ensure excellent client relationships.
- Assist with local Portuguese matters – Navigate local administrative requirements, translate documents, and liaise for Portuguese business and personal needs.
- Coordinate planning and logistics – Organize travel, events, and project timelines while maintaining detailed records.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Personal Assistant experience – Demonstrated track record supporting executives or business owners.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese – Excellent written and spoken communication in both languages required.
- Marketing experience – Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns and social media management.
- Strong organizational skills – Exceptional attention to detail and managing multiple priorities.
We Offer
