CALB (Europe) S. A is looking for an Admin Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manages office admin processes
- Handles general administrative tasks and supports daily operations
- Archives documentation - physical and electronic
- Oversees
-
- day operations, manages office supplies and maintains equipment - Organizes and schedules meetings, appointments or other events
- Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations
- Handles incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and mails and acts as a liaison for visitors
- Assists with admin processes of HR and Finance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on a same related position
- Degree related to the field
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to work in a dynamic,

- paced environment.
