Network Senior Administrator (M/F) – Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot network and cloud infrastructure, performing root cause analysis and escalating issues per ITIL best practices.
• Maintain and operate customer networks daily, ensuring stability and high availability across Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, and HP technologies.
• Implement and support IP services and security configurations, including ACLs, VPN setups, NAT, encryption, MPLS, reverse proxy, and SSL offload.
• Collaborate on projects and technology transitions, creating and updating detailed network documentation for existing and planned infrastructures.
• Utilize internal tools and monitoring platforms (CA Spectrum, Blue
  Cat, Netbox, Splunk) to ensure compliance with SAP processes and standards.
• Maintain fluency in Portuguese language.
