We are seeking a System Administrator for a hybrid role in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support
  - premises and Microsoft Azure environments (Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, Saa
  S).
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, ensuring high system availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with development, GRC, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
• Document procedures, best practices, and maintain a known error database for continuous improvement.
• Provide
  - call support (standby) for critical issues outside business hours when required.

Technical Requirements

• Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (knowledge of AIX is a plus).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive,
  - oriented, and able to collaborate across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly under pressure.
• Adaptability to hybrid/remote work environments.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
