We are currently seeking a Nexthink Administrator.
The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the
-
- day administration, maintenance, and support of the Nexthink platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IT operations through proactive issue detection, user experience analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform including Collector deployment, Portal configuration, and Portal management
Develop and deploy Nexthink campaigns, remote actions, workflows, checklists, investigations, and dashboards
Monitor digital experience metrics and proactively identify issues or performance trends
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve
- user problems using Nexthink data
Create custom dashboards and reports for different IT and business stakeholders
Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Nexthink
Work with vendors and internal teams during Nexthink upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments
Stay current with product developments and Nexthink community best practice
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, or
- user experience platforms
2+ years of
- on Nexthink administration experience
Strong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and IT service delivery
Experience creating and managing Nexthink campaigns, workflows, checklists, dashboards, and investigations
Proficiency in scripting (e. G. , Power
Shell, javascript, bash) for remote actions and automation
Excellent analytical,
- solving, and communication skills
Experience with ITSM tools (e. G. , Service
Now, Remedy) and endpoint tools (e. G. , Jamf, Intune)
Preferred Qualifications
Nexthink Certified Associate or higher
Experience integrating Nexthink with monitoring or analytics platforms (e. G. , Splunk, Power BI)
Familiarity with digital experience scoring, employee sentiment analysis, or
- healing automation
Prior experience in large enterprise environments
