We are seeking a Windows System Administrator professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012-2022) environments.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), NFS, and PKI.

Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, OLVM preferred).

Automate tasks using Power
Shell scripting.

Troubleshoot complex network and system issues (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).

Ensure system security, perform forensic analysis, and implement data protection measures.

Collaborate on
- prem to cloud (and vice versa) migrations (Azure experience is a plus).

Deploy and manage XDR/EDR solutions, SQL Server, containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes), and
- source applications (Jenkins, Keycloak, Netbox).

Technical Requirements:

Strong experience in Windows Server administration (2012-2022).

Expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, NFS, PKI.

Knowledge of RADIUS and 802. 1x (valued).

Proficiency in VMware, Proxmox, or OLVM virtualization.

Advanced Power
Shell scripting skills.

Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).

English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, XDR/EDR solutions.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher/OCI/OKE).

Knowledge of
- source tools (Jenkins, Keycloak, Netbox).

Background in cybersecurity, forensics, and data protection.

Experience in data center migrations (on-prem ↔ cloud).

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Agile, Dev
Ops, COBIT, etc. ).
