• +2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and systems management
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability in critical environments
• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and monitoring
  - premises and Azure services
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams in hybrid and remote environments
• Manage, maintain, and support
  - premises and Azure systems and applications
• Provide incident resolution and standby support to ensure high system availability
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions

✅ Technical Skills

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, AIX
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, Saa
  S)
• Scripting & Automation: Shell, Bash, Power
  Shell, Azure CLI
• Networking & Security: VNETs, Azure Firewall, WAF, Routing Tables, Active Directory
