Administration Officer
About The Job
- Execute activities related to monitoring the inflow of invoices from vendors, ensuring proper billing and providing spending status updates.
Your Main Activities Are
- Receive, register, analyze, and validate invoices (verifying details related to orders, delivery, and costs).
- Coordinate with internal Account Managers and set up vendors for payments.
- Implement invoicing procedures and process invoices in the accounting software system.
- Prepare information to support administrative tasks.
- Update databases regularly (regarding suppliers, orders, invoices, etc. ).
- Perform actions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Enforce internal process guidelines and control standards.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or social sciences.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point).
- Rigor, active collaboration, and
- driven attitude.
