Job Description:
We are looking for a
- oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative & Customer Support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has a knack for numbers, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly side by side with all the departments.
Handle Invoices:
Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices efficiently.
Manage Customer Accounts:
Oversee customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and

- date information.
Contract New Suppliers:
Negotiate and manage contracts with new suppliers to ensure optimal utility expenses for our apartments.
Control Bank Movements
: Monitor and control bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
Other Daily Tasks:
Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -
English Mandatory.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
