We're looking for an Administrative & Finance Assistant to join this adventure.

AS TUAS RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestão de Fornecedores e Compras

• Coordinate orders and manage relationships with suppliers;
• Provide general administrative support;
• Organize files and handle correspondence.

Apoio à Área Financeira

• Process supplier invoices and ensure correct registration;
• Support account management and teams in daily administrative tasks;
• Collaborate on bank reconciliation and account management;
• Organize and archive financial documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

• At least 12 years of completed education;
• +2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Great organization, task prioritization, and attention to detail;
• Proactivity, critical thinking, and autonomy in daily tasks;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a healthy team environment.
