In partnership with Linde , that develops its main activity in the field of industrial gases, we are recruting an Administrative Assistant - Dutch Speaker , for a temporary project of 2 months .

Responsibilities
- Input, validation, and management of customer orders within the SAP system;
- Customer Support: Addressing complex client inquiries related to order status, deliveries, invoicing, and complaints;
- Maintaining and updating customer records and commercial interactions;
- Supporting the invoicing process (issuance of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes) and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in administrative or
- office roles; - Fluency in Dutch and English or Portuguese;
- Mandatory proficiency in the SAP system;
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
