Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Interim Administrative Assistant to join our team. This onsite full time role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the smooth running of

- day office operations. Candidates with or without previous experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and filing physical and digital documents
Updating internal databases and records
Handling incoming calls and redirecting them appropriately
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Managing correspondence and supporting meeting logistics
Assisting in office and personnel management (e. g. , supplies, schedules, internal coordination)
Collaborating with other departments when needed
Candidate Profile:
Secondary education completed or training in administration/secretarial work
Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Good communication skills and
- oriented mindset
Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written)
Immediate or
- term availability is preferred
