Administrative Assistant
Main tasks:
- Work alongside our team to prepare and create new project quotes.
- Assist on completing and finalising a price list, with detailed information on the items
- Follow up on open quotes and manage our accounts receivable.
- Assist on invoicing process.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and client correspondence.
Must have:
- Exceptional English skills are absolutely essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
