Job Description
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join the Commercial team at Eurotux. This role is crucial in supporting business operations and ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments. Its main responsibilities are:
- Day-to-day administrative support for the Commercial team;
- Managing contracts with both clients and suppliers;
- Requesting quotes fromsuppliers and collecting information needed to build proposals;
- Assisting in thepreparation, logging, and timely dispatch of commercial proposals to clients;
- Tracking and managing contract and service renewals;
- Handling invoicing andorder processing;
- Entering, updating, and validating information in our ERP systems (Primavera, Odoo);
- Working closely with other teams – Sales, Technical, Project Management, Accounting, and Administration – to ensure consistent and aligned information;
- Organising and archiving digital documents securely, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures. Candidate Profile- Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting sales or commercial teams. Experience in the tech or IT sector is a plus;
- Comfortable working with a variety of software systems and keen to learn new tools in a dynamic, evolving environment;
- Experience with the Primavera ERP system is desirable, or a strong willingness to learn;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence working with a wide range of people;
- Proficient in written and spoken English;
- Comfortable engaging with technical topics and terminology, with a strong desire to keep learning;
- Energetic and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure in a
- paced environment;
- Trustworthy,
- organised, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Reliable and
- oriented, with solid planning and time management skills;
- Availability to start immediately is preferred. What we
