Your role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based in our offices in Cascais!
The role will be responsible for managing invoices, payments, and financial records, supporting supplier and guest transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial policies.
Your Journey
- Ensure that all purchases and orders have associated invoices, following up with suppliers or buyers when needed.
- Verify Revolut purchases and emails for received invoices, and correct any missing or incorrect VAT information.
- Maintain and verify department drives for proper documentation (Department, Date, Cost Center, Invoice).
- Register all invoices and payments accurately in the financial system.
- Assist in managing supplier payments, creating Asana tasks, prioritizing urgent payments, and updating weekly payruns.
