We’re Hiring: Administrative Fund Administrator (Full-Time, Onsite)

3-month paid training in Düsseldorf, Germany → Full-time role in Porto, Portugal

We are recruiting on behalf of our customer, the investment fund service provider of a major global banking group , known for its strong international footprint and high operational standards. You will be part of a team supporting fund administration processes for one of the world’s most established financial institutions—without direct client interaction .

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Fund Administrator with initial exposure to Fund Accounting and NAV calculation , but with a strong emphasis on technical affinity (data capture, data validation, data integration) rather than traditional bookkeeping. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data and supporting
- paced operational environments.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily fund administration with a focus on data collection, integration, and consistency checks
• Assist in operational processes related to NAV calculations
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across locations
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured and
  - oriented manner
• Contribute to process improvements and data workflow optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Initial
  - on experience in Fund Accounting , NAV calculation , or similar operational roles
• Strong technical affinity and interest in
  - driven processes
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Availability preferably from 15 January , alternatively from 1 March
• Willingness to relocate
