The Office Manager is pivotal to ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace and fostering a positive and productive office environment. - focused responsibilities and offers general support to teams and leadership. - Oversee daily office operations in Porto, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. - Remotely manage administrative and operational functions of the Lisbon office, coordinating with local team members as needed. - Serve as the main point of contact for
- related matters, including facilities management, vendors, and suppliers. - Responsible for budget management, expense tracking, and procurement for both offices. - Support other teams with onboarding new employees, maintaining office policies, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure both offices comply with health, safety, and security regulations. - Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as required. - Maintain office supplies and infrastructure to support operational needs. - Collaborate with leadership to improve office processes and workflows. **Qualifications**- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. - Experience in opening and closing offices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Ability to effectively manage remote office operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in office management software and tools (e. G. , Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms). - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken). - Willingness to travel occasionally between Porto and Lisbon as needed. **Additional Information** The Perks**- We trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;
