ADMINISTRATIVO-INTERNAL SALES & SERVICE SUPPORT - LISBOA

Role: ADMINISTRATIVO & TEAM LEADER - SUPORTE DE VENDAS E SERVIÇO - LISBOA at Atlas Copco. The mission is to manage client contracts, coordinate logistics operations, and support the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities

• Internal sales support and sales proposals; manage rental contracts based on customer requests or as support to the sales team
• Operational contract management including national and international logistics, coordinating internal and external services with suppliers
• Invoicing and management of rental contracts
• Carry out collection activities as part of daily tasks

What we look for / Qualifications

• Ability to organize own work with flexibility in work hours
• Secondary education (12th grade) or higher
• English: spoken and written (essential)
• MS Office knowledge at a user level
• Driver’s license

Valued Experience

• Experience in similar positions
• Basic technical knowledge in electricity and/or mechanics
