**Fleet Logistics****Location**: Lisbon, Parque das Nações**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8h/day (+1h lunch break), 08:30-17:30. **What we offer**:

- Dealing with finance companies (opening and closing leasing processes);
- Handling the activities with car transport companies (schedule, timing etc);
- Handling the cardeliveries process;
- Car registrationprocesses (number plates, legal institutions);
- Management of Fines (Dealing with the authorities);
- Follow up with legal processes with the lawyers;
- Management of insurance policies;
- Recover money, send the paperwork, follow up all the cases with the insurance company;
- Monitoring the due dates of Insurance policies;
- Renewing the insurancepolicies;
- Management/Archiving of the leasing (financing) contracts. - Identification of Drivers on the platforms on the highways. - Preparation of the documentation for selling cars and buying cars;
. - Archiving the cars documents (Identity Cards, Registration documents, COC etc. . . )- Handling other administrative tasks received from the Management. **Requirements**:
- You are fluent in English and Portuguese;
